A little help before you email
I can’t find my order email
Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you’re checking the email address used at checkout. If you still can’t find it, email NorthernLayer support with your order details so we can help locate your purchase.
I need help with my digital download
Tell us which product you purchased, your device, and what happens when you try to download, open or use your files. If you see an error message, include a screenshot in your email so we can understand the problem.
I have a billing question or refund request
